  • TODD ENERGY - McKee LPG

    Configure and commission DeltaV PCS and Hima HiMAX SIS systems for greenfield LPG recovery plant.

  • SHELL TODD OIL SERVICES (STOS)

    Turn-key Hima SIS systems for Well Head and Well stream Heater Upgrades at the Kapuni and Maui Production Stations to IEC 61508/11.

  • TODD ENERGY - MANGAHEWA PS

    Configure and commission DeltaV PCS and Hima HiMatrix SIS systems for the new production station.

  • Origin Energy NZ - Kupe PS

    Configure and commission DeltaV PCS and SIS including Foundation Fieldbus.

  • Upstream Petroleum Australia – Anzon Oil Basker/Manta Project

    Subsea controls specification, integration and commissioning five subsea well completions and subsea manifold.

  • Origin Energy NZ Waihapa PS PCS Upgrade

    Upgrade of an onshore oil & gas processing site from Rosemount RS3 to Emerson DeltaV. The project was achieved on time and on budget with zero unplanned downtime. In house design tools were used to automatically generate the bulk of the configuration.

  • STOS / Swift / Vector – SIL3 Wellsite & Pipeline Gas Compression Stations

    Local and Remote controls for a number of gas/condensate separation and gas compression stations feeding product back to the main production stations for further processing. The Local controls typically reside on a SIL3 Safety PLC to handle process and safety loops. All code, engineering and documentation typically completed to 61511.

  • TAG OIL - SIDEWINDER & CHEAL PS

    Turnkey Rockwell PlantPAX PCS for both the new production stations.

  • SHELL EXPLORATION NZ LTD - POHOKURA PS

    Various continuous improvement projects on the site DeltaV PCS, Hima HiQuad SIS & Control Logix Compressor Controls.

  • Origin Energy NZ - Ahuroa Underground Gas Storage Site

    Configure and commission DeltaV PCS and Hima HiMax SIS systems for the Ahuroa Injection and extraction project.

  • Hima Australia – RioTnto / Alcan Gove DeltaV PCS and Hima HiQuad SIS

    Commissioning of SIL3 burner management systems for a 260t/hr steam power station boiler updrade. General configuration and commissioning of on-site DeltaV and ABB SCADA systems as part of the G3 20,000 I/O Foundation Fieldbus site upgrade project.

  • Fletcher Construction – Pohukura PS MCC Controls

    Intelligent MCC controls based on ControlLogix/DeviceNet technology integrated into DeltaV PCS. DeltaV & Hima Safety system commissioning assistance also provided.

  • Bridge Petroleum - Radnor PS

    Yokogawa CS3000 control of a relatively simple wellsite, separation, and oil storage/load out facility with integrated radio communications to a gas pipeline mixing station.

  • Vector – Kapuni PS Boiler Controls Upgrade

    Upgrade of 3 Boilers on Gas Processing site to IEC61508 SIL3 rating.
